Children are being fed in 20 different centres across the nation, although numbers have gone done due to Covid-19 restrictions. Families come daily to receive a pack of fortified rice meals which improves local security for the stuff and reduces risk to sell for drugs, alcohol or non-essential items.

Some lock-down restrictions have been eased to allow students to sit for their year 12 exams.

Additional people are affected by the pandemic resulting in more food being given out then anticipated. They have been giving food to hungry children who are not regular participants in their feeding programs

The local authorities have been more open to them sharing the word of God and Gospel because they are bringing food.

Pastor Joy shared a common story of a family living with their grandmother because both the parents have died. The big sister brought all 3 of them to the school and they supply them with resources from the community and take care of them as child headed household.
