Family is a gift from God, a place of love, security, and care. But for many families in Cambodia, providing even the most basic necessities like food is an impossible struggle.
Sreymom is a single mother of four young children living in an overcrowded slum. Each day, she wakes up determined to provide for her family. She collects recyclables from the streets, working tirelessly to earn just enough for a meal. But some days, she returns home empty-handed. On those nights, her children go to bed hungry, waiting in hope for a better tomorrow.
We have been able to bring relief to Sreymom by providing school meals for her children. Yet there are many more children in the slums of Cambodia who need our help. That’s why we partner with local mission organisations Evangelical Mission Church
and One-2-One.
They work tirelessly with us to feed 5,865 hungry children five times a week. Transportation and sufficient food are major challenges for these ministries. Still, they are trusting God to reach their goal of feeding 10,000 children each year.
