There are 300 to 400 new Sudanese refugees arriving every day in northern Uganda, and we’re so thankful for your commitment to help feed the growing numbers of hungry children—such as those in Kiryandongo refugee camp.
Thanks to your generosity, we are now working in seven schools in this camp, feeding and educating close to 6,000 kids every day. The hearts of many of these children have been broken by war and violence. But because of you, they now know God dearly loves them and that He is a God who “raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap” (1 Samuel 2:8). They’re coming to see that a full life feels good!
Over 93,000 refugees have arrived in northern Uganda since December, so please continue praying for strength and wisdom for those who are working tirelessly to meet the increasing need. And thank you for giving so generously so hungry children can continue to receive the blessings of food, care, and Christian love in Uganda. We – and they – are truly grateful for your support.
