Did you know that 56 percent of the children under five in Burundi suffer from chronic malnutrition?

Malawi's Economy

The main economy of Malawi is based in agriculture and is one of the least developed countries with a large rural population with only one major city.

Less than $2 a day

Two-thirds of the population in Cambodia lives on less than $2 a day. Fewer than 50 percent of the students complete elementary school.

In Burkina Faso more than 80 percent of the people live in extreme poverty. Children walk long distances to school, often-times without having eaten breakfast. This is why it’s important that Feed The Hungry continue its work in this nations providing a daily hot meal to thousands of children.
