Ps. Said Deeb
The Life Centre Beirut is a Christian community dedicated to serving the local community. Over the years, Ps Said has worked closely with Feed The Hungry Germany to provide support through various programs providing living essentials, shelter, and schooling.
During the COVID-19 pandemic (2022), the Life Centre supplied oxygen machines and masks, plus helping to provide groceries with the FTH Germany team during a time of hardship.
War in the Middle East (2024) is causing the displacement of countless civilians and the Life Centre is working hard to provide hand-cooked food along with mattresses and blankets to refugees in Beirut.

Lebanon is currently experiencing a severe humanitarian crisis due to ongoing conflicts, particularly between Israel and Hezbollah. The hostilities have resulted in significant civilian casualties and widespread displacement, with over 1.4 million people forced to flee their homes. The infrastructure has suffered extensive damage, exacerbating the challenges faced by the population. Humanitarian organisations are actively providing essential aid, including food, shelter, and medical assistance, to support those affected by the conflict.
