Thank you for supporting the Month of Prayer

Feed The Hungry’s founder, Dr. Lester Sumrall (1913–1996), taught us that the greatest untapped resource on earth is the power of prayer. That’s why each year we set aside February as a time for special, fervent prayer for our Feed The Hungry family both here in Australia and all around the world.

Thank you for sharing your personal prayer requests with us this year, we received 179 prayer requests from Australians just like you, and as a team we dedicated time to pray for each one.

We encourage you to continue to pray for the 180,000 children who are currently being fed though the Every Child Every Day program, and that support will pour in so another 70,000 desperate children can be fed this year. Thank you for your love and prayers for the world’s neediest children.
