From Stefan to You - Feed The Hungry

Dear Friend,

Geoffrey grew up an orphaned street boy in the Kibera slum. He slept under a bridge and had to fight off pigs for scraps of food. One day he heard of a school that served lunch to its children, so he went to see if it was true. That school was Soweto Academy, which has been part of our meal ministry for years.

When I met Geoffrey years ago, he grabbed my hands saying, “THANK YOU for providing me with food for my body and food for my soul. I am so grateful for everything you’ve done.” Today, Geoffrey is headmaster at the Junior School, teaching street boys just like him, seeing their lives changed forever—thanks to friends like you.

Your support not only feeds hungry kids, but also gives the hope that comes through knowing Jesus, transforming children who, like Geoffrey, have endured such suffering and loss.

Pray with me that we’ll see another 70,000 kids come under God’s care this year. Imagine 250,000 children getting to “taste and see that the Lord is good!”
We serve a God who cares deeply for the poor, and He uses you to bring hope and joy to those in greatest need.
