Help children find hope – some for the first time.

It’s hard to imagine living without any hope… starting every day with dread and despair; wishing only for survival. But sadly, that’s how so many children are experiencing childhood.

Children like Nomusa who lives in terrible conditions in Zimbabwe. Her father is dead, and her mother tries desperately to do enough work each day – and earns as little as one dollar. There is often no food.

Nomusa was living a life without hope for the future, until we began a feeding program at the primary school near her home. The one thing she can count on in her life is the meal Feed The Hungry provides every day. For the first time in her young life, she understands that a full life feels good.
