“The war in Congo was very, very bad. We were very lucky. We all escaped from my family.  In the villages we passed it was very bad.  God helped us to get here.”

“Because there is no war here I will stay here.  I have children to raise. I want to raise them without fear.  When I remember the bullets flying I am afraid.  My heart is scared.  I am so glad to be here where it is safe.”
